Institutional Real Estate, Inc. (IREI) and Agentic Assets LLC announced a strategic partnership designed to introduce purpose-built AI research and deal-acquisition tools to the institutional real estate investment community.
Under the partnership, Agentic Assets will sponsor IREI publications, while IREI will support Agentic Assets' brand presence with institutional investment and private wealth advisory audiences.
Agentic Assets develops EQUIRE, an AI-native CRE deal-intelligence platform for opportunity sourcing, analysis, underwriting, diligence, and closing workflows. The company also develops Corbis, a research-first AI platform for cited finance, real estate, and economics work.
The announcement frames the partnership around a shared standard: commercial real estate professionals need intelligence they can trust, verify, and act on with confidence.
